XStick(TM) Credits

Thanks to Emmett Chapman for creating the Stick®. It's an incredible piece of genius and I feel quite fortunate to own one, not only for the instrument itself, but the wonderful community of players. Also thanks to Greg Howard and Emmett Chapman for their co-creation of the Staff Tab(TM) notation system and to both of them for permission to use it in XStick(TM).
